The first matches of the new NCAA season yielded some quite surprising results. Among them, the win of Tarleton State over Portland State with 42 – 0, of Nicholls State over Incarnate Word with 20 – 6 and, most interestingly for the tip we will offer this time, the defeat of Fresno State at the hands of Kansas by 31 – 7. Georgia Southern did not participate in the opening festivities and now they will need to travel to the Valley Children’s Stadium to either mitigate or bring even more misery, to the Bulldogs’ bad start.
It’s their first time
There have been no other matches between Fresno State and Georgia Southern in the past, so, there is no information at all of how the two sides fare against each other. The inaugural confrontation is scheduled for August 31 at 01:30 GMT. Probably, the performance of the first match and the results of the preseason preparatory encounters are the bases for the offers of @1.81 for the victory of the Eagles versus the @2.05 for the win of the Bulldogs.
Since we have seen a very poor offensive performance from the hosts, and the unknown element of how the visitors will perform on both sides of the pitch, it is reasonable to expect a low scoring match. Therefore, the price of @1.84 for under 52 points sounds quite right. On the other hand, the @1.98 for over 52 sounds a bit too risky.
The ambiguity is all over the place

In our train of thought, it is more than likely that Georgia Southern will win and they will do so with at least a touch down plus the conversion point to spare.
